There are several ways you can place an order:

Secure
Ordering Online - You may order on-line using our SECURE order
entry system. You must have cookies enabled in your browser to use this
option, but temporary cookies will work. Orders will be processed within a
maximum of one business day. You will receive an email confirming when your
order is processed.
- Ordering by Phone - You can call us at
(301) 662-7950 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m. eastern time. We would be glad to answer any questions you have, and we
can take your order on the phone.
- Ordering by SKYPE - Our SKYPE names
are Wardsystems and Wardsystems2, and we are usually online Monday through
Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and again from 1:00
p.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern time. We will be glad to answer any
questions you have, and SKYPE uses encrypted voice and chat.

All software is delivered by internet download. It is suggested that after
downloading the software you save the install file on a CD or flash drive for
backup purposes.
WSG accepts payment by check, Visa, MasterCard (EuroCard), Discover/Novus and
American Express credit cards.
Note: Orders paid by check will be processed when the check has cleared.
This normally takes twelve (12) days after receipt of the check.
Customers may also wire payments to us. Please email us at
sales@wardsystems.com for wire details.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of major US
Holidays.
Notice: Customer information is collected only for the purposes of
processing orders and advising customers of product announcements and training
seminars. It is Ward Systems Group policy not to sell this information to anyone
